Auntie Crae’s Brand

Over a period of years we have developed several hundred products that we market under the Auntie Crae’s brand name. All are produced in house and sold from our store.

JAMS & JELLIES from local wild and domestic berries are a staple on our shelves and one of the few items you may purchase by Mail Order .  Also available at Belbin's Grocery on Quidi Vidi Road. For a description of our local  berries, Click Here  

FRESH ROASTED COFFEE   from our roasting plant in St. Philip’s is a hit here in Newfoundland, but is also in high demand with our many mail order customers from all over the world. We have a special relationship with various coffee organizations such as Coffee Kids and Aroma Nica .

BREADS, COOKIES, CAKES AND PASTRIES. Hundreds of varieties of freshly baked products come straight from our second floor bakery to you. We use no preservatives or additives in our bread products. Baked goods are clearly labeled, indicating not only ingredients and best before date, but date of production as well.

BULK FOODS are always in demand. To avoid any chance of cross contamination, we pre-package in heavy-duty plastic pouches and heat-seal the closure. All products bear our brand and we stand behind their quality. We package three to four hundred varieties. Many of our bulk products can be found at Belbin's Grocery on Quidi Vidi Road.

Beverages
We carry a unique variety of milk products, juices, regular and fancy soft drinks, soy and rice beverages, teas, fresh roasted coffees from our own roasting plant.

Canned and bottled fruits and vegetables
Canned fruits and vegetables are your answer when a particular fruit or vegetable is just not available because it is out of season or too exotic.

Cheese
The selection of cheeses served at our deli counter can't be matched anywhere in Newfoundland. Choose from over one hundred bulk cheeses cut to your specifications. If you don't find your favourite, we'll try to source it for you for the next time.

Cookies, Muffins and Pastries
Our famous cookies, squares, muffins and pastries have been the talk of the town for over twenty years. We sometimes even share our recipes with you, but no one makes them as good as we do, so we know you'll be back for more.

Condiments
When customers find a particularly hard-to-find sauce, oil, vinegar, pickle, chutney, salsa or cooking wine at our store, they frequently remark, "I’ve been all over town looking for this". We can save you a lot of searching. If we don’t have it, we’ll find out who does, and let you know where to buy it. The next time you want it, we’ll have it.

Deli Meats
Our popular and well staffed deli counter offers over 50 varieties of regular and seasoned ham, turkey, and roast beef, smoked meat, salami, pepperoni, pate, liverwurst and numerous unusual selections.

Dried Foods
Aside from those dried foods packaged under the Auntie Crae’s label, you can choose many other items from both well known and less known brands of of peas, beans, rice, flours, starches, cereals, sweeteners, vegetables, fruits, pastas, nuts, seeds, baking needs, spices, snacks.

Miscellaneous Foods
Local supermarkets do a good job of supplying highly perishable foods such as fresh meats, fish, fruits and vegetables, but we specialize in supplying hard to find, non perishable products. If we don’t have it already, we’ll search the continent for it.
