Food Trays for any Occasion - Prices updated April 2010We stock a large assortment of deli meats as well as an impressive variety of both domestic and imported cheeses. We can therefore prepare very appetizing and attractive party trays at relatively short notice. Each of the following trays will serve 10 people generously. Cheese Tray $50.00An assortment of six cheeses of your choice in bite sized portions with an assortment of crackers. Serves 10 people generously allowing 1/4 lb (113 g) cheese per person. When ordering, advise us of of your favourite cheeses and we will include them. Vegetable Tray $35.00An assortment of raw vegetables carefully prepared and arranged on a platter with a generous supply of Auntie Crae’s own delicious sour cream dip. This tray will serve up to twenty people. Sandwich Tray $45.00This is by far our most popular platter. Ten sandwiches cut in quarters for a total of 40 pieces. Using breads fresh from our own bakery, this standard tray is prepared on white and whole wheat bread and includes turkey breast, roast beef, tuna salad, egg salad, ham and ham and cheese. Special salad dressings can be used as a spread, such as fat free mayonnaise and other fillings can be used on request. If there is any price adjustment, we will advise you at the time you place your order.Gourmet Sandwich Tray $55.00Using made from scratch croissants, a variety of breads, wraps and rolls with a larger variety of fillings, these sandwiches are a special treat. Cookie Tray $15.00An assortment of 30 delectable freshly baked cookies.and squares. Delicious!
Pastry Tray $17.50An array of mouth-watering, freshly baked pastries, such as puff pastries, Danish, croissants, butter tarts, apple delights etc. . These are our standard trays. Each tray serves ten people generously. Gift BasketsAuntie Crae’s gift baskets are custom made with your specific requirements in mind. Our service staff will note your preferences so that every item in the basket will be a welcome food gift.
Our coffee baskets are increasingly popular. They include a variety of coffees fresh roasted at our St. Philip’s location, as well as coffee related items such as sugar crystals, chocolate, coffee grinder, coffee maker etc.
The baskets are wrapped in our distinctive red cellophane and topped with a red ribbon. Should you wish to include items such as wine, photos or other personal gifts, we would be happy to have you bring them to us for inclusion in your basket at no additional charge.
